Paul and Jean Hoshiko Memorial Family Scholarship
At eight years old, Hazen Weber walked into his first 4-H meeting not knowing how much it would shape him. He started with dogs and shooting sports, projects that quickly taught him lessons far bigger than ribbons. Then he expanded to chickens and goats. As he gained experience, he found himself helping younger members and answering questions about feed, demonstrating techniques, and making sure they stay positive after a challenging class. 4-H has shaped his character, strengthened his perseverance, and prepared him for college and beyond. Hazen is a 10-year member of High Plains Ag 4-H Club and is pursuing an Agribusiness degree from York University Nebraska with the goal of overseeing and managing a successful agricultural operation.
Hazen is a recipient of the Paul and Jean Hoshiko Family Scholarship.
